
The objective of the brochure was to create a unique experience that symbolized the attitude and style of the Lofts. Part of the challenge was to rethink the overall take-away experience and design something that had a shelf life beyond the typical real estate brochure. The concept was to visualize three overarching themes that identified the buyer through photography and writing. The themes of Customize, Connection (with your environment) and Community helped to address the Vanguard Loft’s forward thinking and practical elements.
